Conference Schedule

Housing Notes

This is basic but attractive, modern student housing, two beds to a room, four to 10 rooms to a building, with shared bathrooms in each building. Up to 10 people may share a bathroom, depending on the configuration of the building, which will not be known until you arrive. We will endeavor to place individuals of the same sex in the same buildings as much as possible. Be prepared to share the bathroom facilities with those of the opposite gender, and bring a robe or cover-up for this purpose.
Housing reservations will be made on a first-come, first-served basis only by pre-registration through the conference website. Once our available rooms are filled, the option to reserve housing will be disabled.
For double occupancy / roommates, please identify your own roommate and arrange for one of you to register for both, with one credit card, before you register at the link. This is a function of our registration system and is the only way to register for two in a room.
Any changes to the housing requested must be made no later than July 15th, directly to Terry Mason at terry@lupineproductions.com.
There is no reduction in price for no-shows, late arrivals, early departures or missed meals.
Beds are made prior to arrival with pillow, pillow case, sheets, blanket and bedspread. Two towels, face cloth and a bar of soap are provided and a small lamp is placed on each desk. Bedrooms are not cleaned during your stay; however, common areas such as lounges and bathrooms are cleaned daily.
All furniture in guest rooms, floor lounges or any other public area must remain in its designated area and in its original setup.
Alcoholic beverages may only be consumed in residence rooms with doors closed by guests who are 21 years of age or older, and in an atmosphere which does not create significant noise or other disturbances.
Possession of weapons, firearms or dangerous instruments, with or without a permit, as well as anything that could be perceived or misrepresented as a weapon is prohibited within all residential facilities.
Individuals arriving before or staying after the conference dates may request reservations through Summer visitor Housing at http://conferenceservices.berkeley.edu/summer_visitor.html

Overnight Guest Check-In

Parking Permit Details: Guests can drop off their luggage, pick up their parking permit, park their car with the permit, and come back to complete their housing registration.

If you plan to check in late on Friday, or not until Saturday, please notify Terry Mason in advance, at terry@lupineproductions.com so that we can notify the University staff.
